PP Packing Belt Production Line Overview
This complete PP packing strap extrusion line manufactures polypropylene packaging tape from raw material to finished product. The system processes T30S grade polypropylene resin into high-strength binding straps used across multiple industries.
Product Characteristics
- Material: Polypropylene wire drawing grade resin (T30S)
- Appearance: Translucent to opaque with transparent film texture
- Flammability: Combustible with yellow/blue flame, melting and dripping
- Odor: Characteristic paraffin smell during combustion
Production Process Flow
Materials feeding → Extruder melt → Filter → Melt metering pump → Extrusion die → Hot water tank → Five pulling rollers → Stretching oven → Stretching rollers → Embossing → Annealing treatment oven and water tank → Three pulling rollers → Winders → Packing
