Application

It is mainly applying to inspect the exterior detects (including ashy top, carbide point, dark spot, bubble head and micropore etc. ) on the top appearance of ampoule bottles.

Work Principle

The ampoule is inspected by visual principle of the machine. It is conveyed to worm infeed, the from worm infeed to starwheel infeed by conveyor wire belt;when it is to be static state opposite to the starwheel in starwheel infeed, then the inspected area of ampoule can be polished by the light, at the same time,the ampoule can be took pictures continuously in high speed by the industrial camera ,then the pictures of ampoule can be analyzed by the industrial computer. So the defects such as ashy top, carbide point, dark spot, bubble head and micropore etc.)on the ampoule bottles can be inspected out,finally, the products with defects can be rejected automatically through outfeed starwheel and outfeed worm by the rejection unit.
