The machine is dedicated to inspect vial and oral liquid products for possible liquid leakage. It can inspect pinhole and cracks on those bottles.

Working principle

V is a high -frequency and high voltage detection power supply, and the ends of the launch and receiving pole are connected to both ends. The C1 and C2 are the capacitance value between the electrode and the capacitor (due to the partition of the bottle wall, the electrode cannot be contacted with the medicinal solution, so the capacitance is generated) , R is the resistance value of the medicinal solution. When the ampoule bottle is not leaked, the inductive micro-circular I1 is generated. When the bottle is leaked, the capacitance between the insulation bottle and the electrode disappear. The circuit generates a larger current I2. As long as compare the micro current, you can determine whether the bottle is leaked.
