• Application Scope
ERM1E series moulded case circuit breaker(hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker),is suitable for occasional conversion and motor protection under the circuit of AC 50Hz,60Hz,rated insulation voltage of 800V,rated operational voltage of 400V and rated operational current to 800A.Circuit breaker has functions of overload long time delay inverse time,short time delay inverse time of short circuit,short time delay definite time of short circuit,short circuit instant,under-voltage protection,residual current protection(optional) and open phase protection function (optional),and can also prevent the line and power equipment from being damaged.The circuit breaker has complete and precise protection features,can improve power supply reliability and avoid unnecessary power outages.The ‘Z.B’ type control has communication interface,and can be ‘four control’ to mee the requirement of control center and automation systems. The leakage circuit breaker ca be classified into two types of M(moderate high breaking) and H(high breaking) according to the rated limit short circuit breaking capacity(Icu).Is has features of small volume,high breaking,short flashover and vibration resistance,etc. It can be installed vertically (vertical assembly) or horizontally (horizontal assembly). The reverse incoming line of circuit breaker shall not fall into the line is not acceptable,i.e.,it’s only allowed to connect power line of 1,3,5 and 2,4,6 of load line.

- Ambient temp:-5℃~+40℃
- Able to tolerate the influence of moist air
- Able to tolerate the influence of salt mist and oil mist
- The installation category of main circuit for circuit breaker is III,and II for the rest of the auxiliary circuit and control circuit.
- When the highest temperature of +40℃,relative humidity of air is not more than 50%,and under low humidity can be allowed to have higher relative humidity.Special measures should be taken on condensation occasionally produced due to temperature change.
- Maximum gradient is 22.5℃
- In the medium without explosion danger and the medium has not enough corrosion to metal,to destroy the insulation gas and conductive dust.
- In the place without invasion of rain and snow.
