2P 800 Volt DC MCCB for Moulded Case Circuit Breaker Mini Circuit Breakers

• Application Scope

ERM1L series moulded case leakage circuit breaker ( hereinafter referred to as the leakage circuit breaker),is suitable for occasional conversion and motor protection under the circuit of AC 50Hz/60Hz,rated insulation voltage of 800V,rated operational voltage of 400Vand rated operational current to 630A(800A).The leakage circuit breaker has protection function to avoid overload ,short circuit and under-voltage,for assuring the prevention from damage of circuits and power-supply devices.Meanwhile,can provide indirect contact protection to people,and prevention from fire danger caused by long-standing ground fault which can not be detected by over current protection.When other protective devices are failure,ERM1L leakage circuit breaker with rated residual current action for 30mA can provide additional protection of direct contact to people. The leakage circuit breaker can be classified into two types of M moderate high breaking )and H (high breaking ,except 4 poles )according to the rated limit short circuit breaking capacity ( Icu).It has features of small volume ,high breaking ,short flashover and vibration resistance ,etc .. It can be installed vertically ( vertical assembly )or horizontally (horizontal assembly). It conforms to requirements of standards GB14048.2,IEC60947-2 and Appendix B of moulded case leakage circuit breaker . The reverse incoming line of circuit breaker shall not fall into the line is not acceptable ,i .e.,it 's only allowed to connect power line of 1,3,5 and 2,4,6 of load line.

• Notes :

1.According to the rated limit short circuit breaking capacity it can be classified into two types of M (moderate high breaking )and H (high breaking). 2.Operate by handles directly without code: P means electric operation;Z refers to turning the handle. 3.Distribution circuit breaker without code :2 means to protect the electric motor . 4.It can be classified into three pole and four pole according to the number of poles for products .The neutral form (N pole )of 4 poles product is classified into two types : -Over -current release will not be installed on N pole ,and the N pole is switched on all the time ,without to be on -off with other three poles together . -Over -current release will not be installed on N pole ,and the N pole is switched on /off with other three poles together .( N pole is switched on and then off ). 5.No alarm unit module is without code ,and alarm unit module should be indicated when ordering.

- Altitude<=2000m - Ambient temp:-5℃~+40℃ - Able to tolerate the influence of moist air - Able to tolerate the influence of salt mist and oil mist - Maximum gradient is 22.5℃ - In the medium without explosion danger and the medium has not enough corrosion to metal,to destroy the insulation gas and conductive dust. - In the place without invasion of rain and snow.
