4 1/16 Inch 5000psi Kill Manifold for Drilling Rigs
The kill manifold is an essential drilling rig spare part composed of one-way valves, gate valves, pressure gauges, and connecting pipelines. One end connects to the BOP (Blowout Preventer) while the other connects to the injection pump. Designed according to API 16C standards, this critical safety component cannot be used for daily drilling fluid injection operations.

Working Principles
When well pressure increases, opening or closing the choke valves (manual, hydraulic, or positive chokes) on the choke manifold allows controlled release of well fluids to manage casing pressure. High casing pressure can be directly vented through the gate valve for emergency pressure control.
Pressure Ratings
Available in standard pressure ratings of 2000psi, 3000psi, 5000psi, 10000psi, and 15000psi. Custom pressure ratings can be provided upon customer request to meet specific operational requirements.
Operating Instructions
- All choke manifold components must have working pressure compatibility with the BOP stack
- Install in easily accessible locations with pressure testing before installation
- Maintain level, straight pipeline layout using 120-degree steel bent pipes for turns
- Pressure gauges must be properly installed and maintained
- Suitable for low-temperature winter operations
