High-Pressure Choke Manifold for Oil & Gas Wells
This 4 1/16 inch 15000 PSI choke manifold connects to BOP spool side flanges to control well pressure during drilling operations. When BOP closes, it manages casing pressure by adjusting choke valve openings, enabling balanced drilling under minimum pressure differential.

System Configuration
The choke manifold system includes choke valves, gate valves, line pipes, fittings, pressure gauges, and supporting components designed for high-pressure oil and gas applications.
Operating Principles
When well pressure increases, operating the choke valves (manual, hydraulic, or positive chokes) on the manifold allows controlled fluid release to manage casing pressure. High casing pressure can be directly vented through gate valves for safety.
Pressure Ratings
Available in multiple pressure ratings including 2000 PSI, 3000 PSI, 5000 PSI, 10000 PSI, and 15000 PSI configurations. Custom pressure specifications available upon customer request.
Installation & Operation Guidelines
- All components must match BOP stack working pressure specifications
- Install in easily accessible location for operator convenience
- Perform pressure testing before installation with seat test pressure equal to rated working pressure
- Maintain level and straight line pipe alignment using 120-degree steel bent pipes for turns
- Ensure adequate line pipe bore diameter for optimal performance
- Pressure gauge installation is mandatory for system monitoring
- Designed for reliable operation in low-temperature winter conditions
