Oilfield Kill Manifold Well Control Equipment
The choke kill manifold is essential well control equipment designed to regulate flow rates and reduce well pressure before fluids enter processing equipment. This critical safety system protects the well and can be equipped with a hydraulic control panel for remote operation.

Working Principle
When well pressure increases, the choke manifold's choke valves (manual, hydraulic, and positive types) can be opened or closed to release well fluids, effectively controlling casing pressure. High casing pressure can be directly vented through the gate valve system.
Pressure Ratings
Available in standard pressure ratings of 2000psi, 3000psi, 5000psi, 10000psi, and 15000psi. Custom pressure ratings can be manufactured according to customer requirements.
Operating Instructions
- All choke manifold components must have working pressure compatibility with the BOP stack
- Install in easily accessible locations with pre-installation pressure testing at rated working pressure
- Maintain level, straight line pipes using 120-degree steel bent pipes for turns
- Ensure adequate bore size and proper pressure gauge installation
- Designed for reliable operation in low-temperature winter conditions
