Operating Principles
During well pressure increases, the choke manifold controls casing pressure by opening and closing choke valves (including manual chokes, hydraulic chokes, and positive chokes). This allows controlled release of wellbore fluids, with high-pressure scenarios managed through direct blowout via gate valves.

Available in standard pressure ratings of 2000 PSI, 3000 PSI, 5000 PSI, 10000 PSI, and 15000 PSI, with custom configurations available upon customer request.
Installation and Operation Guidelines
- All choke manifold components must have working pressure compatibility with the BOP stack
- Install in easily accessible locations for operator convenience
- Perform pressure testing before installation with seat test pressure equal to rated working pressure
- Maintain level and straight line pipe configurations using 120-degree steel bent pipes for turns
- Ensure adequate line pipe bore diameter for optimal performance
- Install pressure gauges for monitoring
- Capable of operation in low-temperature winter conditions
