This downhole drilling stabilizer is engineered to increase rate of penetration and control hole deviation problems. All stabilizers are manufactured to meet or exceed the strictest quality control and quality assurance standards for various configurations and hole sizes.
Hard Facing Options
Five Advanced Hard Facing Types Available
- HF1000: Crushed tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) held in a nickel bronze matrix
- HF2000: Trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) held in a sintered carbide nickel bronze matrix
- HF3000: Embedded with trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) spray welded on the blades
- HF4000: Tungsten carbide inserts (button type) pressed tightly in blade holes at room temperature
- HF5000: Oxy-acetylene process applies tough molten carbide particles in a nickel chrome matrix
