Our complete line of downhole drilling stabilizers increases rate of penetration and controls hole deviation problems. All stabilizers meet or exceed strict quality control standards and are manufactured from AISI 4145H modified heat-treated steel for various configurations and hole sizes.
Hard Facing Options
Five Types Available
- HF1000: Crushed tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) held in a nickel bronze matrix
- HF2000: Trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) held in a sintered carbide nickel bronze matrix
- HF3000: Embedded with trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) spray welded on the blades
- HF4000: Tungsten carbide inserts (button type) pressed tightly in blade holes at room temperature
- HF5000: Oxy-acetylene process applies tough molten carbide particles in a nickel chrome matrix
