All stabilizers, including spiral blade, straight blade, integral blade, welded blade, sleeve-type, and stainless steel nonmagnetic types, are manufactured to exceed stringent quality control standards.
All alloy stabilizers are produced from AISI 4145H modified heat-treated steel, ensuring optimal performance across various configurations and hole sizes.
- HF1000: Crushed tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) held in a nickel bronze matrix
- HF2000: Trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) held in a sintered carbide nickel bronze matrix
- HF3000: Embedded with trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) spray welded on the blades
- HF4000: Tungsten carbide inserts (button type) pressed tightly in the holes of blades at room temperature
- HF5000: Oxy-acetylene process applies tough molten carbide particles of varying sizes in a nickel chrome matrix
