LoRaWAN Smart Water Meter Wireless Remote Monitoring System with 15-25mm Nominal Diameter and 10-Liter Accuracy
This LoRaWAN IoT smart water meter features a mechanical and electrical separation design with dry structure construction. The system comprises a water meter base, electric ball valve, magnetoresistive sensor, MCU, wireless communication module, and control circuit. Powered by high-capacity lithium sub-battery packs, it ensures long-term stable operation for data acquisition, valve control, and wireless transmission.
The dry structure isolates the counting mechanism from measured water, preventing interference from suspended impurities and eliminating condensation issues common in wet meters. Using LoRaWAN spread spectrum communication technology, the meter automatically uploads user water data daily to the gateway, which then transmits to the system data center via LTE 4G or Ethernet.
- Split structure with independent electronic unit and base meter
- Non-contact full-electronic detection with 10-liter metering accuracy
- Touch key wake-up and long-press for remote data transmission
