This LoRaWAN IoT water meter features a mechanical and electrical separation design with dry structure construction. The system utilizes a high-capacity lithium battery pack for reliable power supply to data acquisition, valve control, and wireless transmission functions. Using LoRaWAN wireless communication technology, the meter automatically uploads consumption data to the gateway (once daily by default), which then transmits to the data service center via LTE 4G or Ethernet. The dry structure design isolates the counting mechanism from measured water, preventing fogging and ensuring clear readings unaffected by water impurities.

Operation & Display
The water meter automatically connects daily to upload data and receive platform instructions. Security features include 5-minute intervals between key-triggered launches and a maximum of 8 manual launches per day. Monthly overdraft functionality allows 3m³ water usage when triggered by a 3-second button press.
Transportation & Storage
Transport and store in original packaging without severe impact. Follow GB/T15464-1995 packaging standards. Store in warehouses on platform frames with maximum 5-layer stacking. Ensure no corrosive gases in storage environment.
Installation & Maintenance
Regularly inspect for leaks, implement winter insulation to prevent freezing, close front valves during extended vacancies, and avoid meter destruction as it constitutes illegal activity.
Complies with GB/T 778.1~3-2007 standard with Class 2 accuracy rating. Dry type construction with R=Q3/Q1 ratio of 100.
