Product Overview

LoRaWAN IoT water meter integrates water meter base, electric ball valve, magnetoresistive sensor, MCU, wireless communication module, and control circuitry. Featuring mechanical and electrical separation design with high-capacity lithium battery pack for reliable power supply, this intelligent water management solution enables long-term stable operation for data acquisition, valve control, and wireless transmission.

Utilizing LoRaWAN wireless communication with spread spectrum technology, the meter automatically uploads user water consumption data (default once daily) to the LoRaWAN gateway, which then transmits to the system data center via LTE 4G network or Ethernet. The system offers extended communication range, high capacity, easy installation, and extended service life.

To prevent excessive battery drain from repeated manual triggering, the water meter implements a 5-minute interval between key-triggered transmissions and limits to 8 manual transmissions per day. Infrared communication settings remain unaffected by these restrictions.
