The LoRaWAN IoT water meter integrates a water meter base, electric ball valve, magnetoresistive sensor, MCU, wireless communication module, and control circuit in a mechanical-electrical separation design. Powered by high-capacity lithium sub-battery packs, it ensures long-term stable operation for data acquisition, valve control, and wireless transmission.
This dry-structure water meter isolates the counting mechanism from measured water, preventing interference from suspended impurities and eliminating fogging/condensation issues common in wet-type meters.

The water meter automatically connects once daily (configurable) to upload data and receive platform commands for parameter settings and valve control. Security features include 5-minute intervals between manual triggers and a maximum of 8 manual transmissions per day. Monthly overdraft function provides 3m³ water when valve is closed.
