LTM8042IV
LTM8042IV are fixed frequency step-do wn DC/DC converters designed to operate as constant-current sources. An intern al sense resistor monitors the output c urrent allowing accurate current regula tion, ideal for driving high current LE Ds. High output current accuracy is mai ntained over a wide current range, from 35mA to 1A, allowing a wide dimming ra nge. Unique PWM circuitry allows a dimm ing range of 400:1, avoiding the color shift normally associated with LED curr ent dimming.
