• Dual 2-to-4 Line Decoder 2.
General The 74HC139D is a h igh speed CMOS 2-to-4 LINE DECODER/DEMU LTIPLEXER fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology.
It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent L STTL while maintaining the CMOS low pow er dissipation.
The active low enable i nput can be used for gating or it can b e used as a data input for demultiplexi ng applications.
When the enable input is held "H", all four outputs are fixed at a high logic level independent of t he other inputs.
