Air column packing is a new and cost-saving packaging material and designed to meet the packaging needs of void fill, wrap and protect your products.

Inflatable air column packing is made by LDPE+15% PA (nylon), it has a very good shockproof effect after inflation, which can protect fragile products without damage well during transportation.

Air column roll’s flexible capabilities bridge the gap between traditional void fill and cushioning applications.

You can create as much air column wrap as you need, fill any gaps and add a shock-absorbing layer of air column to every box.

Air column packing will provide better protection compared to traditional shipping materials (for example, peanuts and foam), it also can be stored conveniently, taking up less space and saving your cost.

There are different width of air column roll in our stock for your options, width from 15cm to 100cm, please select the right width to protect your products.

Air column roll can be inflated by our automatic  air cushion machine, or inflated by hand if your order quantity is not big.
