Useful information before ordering courier bags & envelopes:
The minimum order quantity is 3.000 pieces per dimension.
Material: They are made of one-layer polyethylene film. It is LDPE, MDPE, HDPE or recycled LDPE up to 95% 3 options (20+, 40+ and 80+ recycled).
Thickness: The thickness of the material can be from 30 to 70 µm (micron).
Dimensions - Format: The maximum dimension that can be manufactured is 70 x 80 cm.
Top Fold: 30 - 60 mm.
Bottom: These bags can have a wide bottom (with or without printing), from 6 to 14 cm .
Adhesive Tape - Closure : They can have resealable, permanent 12 or 15 mm or permanent anti-static 20mm adhesive tape.
They may also have a second adhesive tape with perforation for easy opening, for product returns in the same bag.
Voucher Holder: They can have a transparent pocket (POD), for documents.
Extra: On outside there is a possibility to put barcodes, QR codes and individual numeration
Handles: Die Cut Handles, can only have bags that are equal to or greater than 40x50cm.
Deviation: The accepted deviation of the quantity is + -10% .
Print: Printing is high definition flexography and there is a cost for the cliche .

On black polyethylene (BK 180) and indigo blue (IN 110), only silver or gold color can be printed.
On all bright colors can be printed only black color or very dark logo or mock-up.
