Product Description

Hydraulic rotary actuators are used for high torque, heavy motion applications. They have high power capability, high unit power weight and volume, good mechanical stiffness and high dynamic response. They provide weight for lifting, turning, indexing, clamping, mixing, bending, testing and steering applications. The rotary actuator is compact and efficient, and can generate high instantaneous torque in either direction. Especially GLH20 and GLH30 are widely used in mining machine applications. The rotary motor actuator is directly coupled with the rotating load, providing good control over acceleration, running speed, deceleration, smooth reversal and positioning. They allow design flexibility and eliminate most of the electromechanical transmission and weight. Because they are completely enclosed, they can withstand harsh conditions and are not protected from dust, dirt and moisture.

The unique characteristics of spiral rotary actuators make them ideal for this application. Its sliding key operation concept produces very high output torque in a compact configuration. Since all spline teeth are always engaged and the load is evenly distributed on the teeth, they have excellent durability and high resistance to the inherent impact load of the chisel

Advantage

In Atlas or Sandvik machines, the actuator supports the entire rig assembly on each boom. Since all the sealing occurs on the smooth cylindrical surface, the internal bypass and external leakage are effectively eliminated, thereby achieving stable positioning and zero drift after the selected position. The actuator has an integrated double balance valve, which can further improve the positioning accuracy and add extra safety margin in the event of a system failure. In short, the helical rotary actuator is used as a rotating device, mounting bracket and bearing support-all of which are integrated into one component.

6.What kind of payment terms do you accept?

A: We prefer T/T through bank. 40% when order is confirmed and 60% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 20,000USD.

7.What is your warranty policy?

A: All our products are warranted for one full year from date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal operation or are damaged through negligence. We serious remind that unclean hydraulic oil will definitely cause damage to your Hydraulic components. And this damage is not included in the warranty range. So we strongly suggest you to use new clean oil or make sure the system oil are clean when using our parts
