Product Description
Float equipment serves as the backbone of casing equipment used during primary cementing operations. Float equipment guides the casing to total depth and prevents contaminated mud from entering the casing. It also provides a landing point for casing wiper plugs, reinforces the lower end of the casing string, and ensures precise cement slurry displacement.

- PDC drillable composite plastic materials used for valve components
- Standard seal rated to 150°C with optional 204°C seal
- Valve body molded with fibre phenolic, 70MPa and 204°C seal
- Spring made from phosphor bronze C510 material with high restoring force and drillable
- Plunger seal top molded with HNBR, 70MPa and 204°C seal
