1. Foundation
Trenching: Length: (length of Road blocker + 0.4) m,
Width: 1.4 m
Depth:(0.76 + panel thickness + 0.2) m
Reservoir tank based on local situation (or connected with city drainage pipe)
Use C30+ leve/ concrete to make a 200 mm cushion and bury PVC drain pipe in it.

2. Installation
·Extended wire and Tube:
0.3 m^2 four-core cable line (for LED light).
Hydraulic tube (Length is based on the PVC tube and should be long enoughto connect the hydraulic station).
Electromagnetic valve wire setup (Lifting 1&2 input, Falling 1&2 input).
Get the main body into the pit.
Cable wire and hydraulic tube are connected to ground through the PVC pipe.
Use PVC pipe to connect the drainage pipe to guide the drainage process.

3. Power Test, make sure the motor run in clockwise direction(if otherwise, stop immediately and switch any two live wiresof motor until it runs in clockwise direction).
Test“ON”“OFF”“STOP”and other functions.
Test foot pedal lifting function, and pressure relief valve dropping function.

4. Fill in sand and stone into the pit to fix and make it stable and pour liquid concrete.

5. Once the concrete is hardened, installation is finished and the device shall be regular use state.
