2. Q: How long is the warranty?
A: Our officially promised single sided lcd display warranty is 1 year or 18months(Non-artificial
damages) from the date of delivery.
3. Q: Do you provide ODM/OEM or customized service?
A: We’re BOE High-bright LCD ODM factory, OEM/ODM are available based on your requirements.
In order to support different customers, we are able to supply:
(1) High Brightness LCD Panel: LCD panel+led driver board+auto dimming sensor
(2) Open Frame LCD Displays: LCD Panel+PSU+AD board(optional interface, eg: HDMI, VGA,
DVI, USB...)+Touch optional
(3) Window Facing Displays: LCD Panel+PSU+AD board (network board optional)+fan system+
temperature control board+housing
(4) Full Outdoor Displays: customized. eg: touch function, IP55/IP65 etc.
4. Q: What brand of OC do you use?
A: Original LG/SAMSUNG/AUO/BOE etc. A or A+ grade OC, we can guarantee each display will
pass through strict quality inspection.
5. Q:What certifications you have?
A:The window lcd display has CE-EMC Certificate of Conformity, ISO certification, FCC certification.
6.Q:What is the temperature when the screen surface goes black?
A: Normal grade goes black over 68℃；industrial grade goes black over 105 or 110℃.
7.Q: What is the MOQ?
A: UHD single sided storefront LCD display Sample testing is acceptable, the price is negotiable
for bulk order.
8.Q: When will you delivery?
A: High brightness window LCD panel sample order shipped in 3days, bulk order shipped within
2 weeks.
