HFC-227ea is a clean gas fire extinguishing agent that does not contain particulate matter or oily residue. It is used on precision electronic equipment and has no residue or oily sediment. It can be removed from protected spaces through ventilation.
HFC-227ea has thermal and chemical stability, and its atmospheric retention time is about 36.5 years. It is not a substance that will persist for a long time after release.
