Characteristics of IG541 mixture gas fire extinguishing agent:
- It is called clean gas fire extinguishing agent, which is mixed by Nitrogen(50%), Argon(42%) and CO2(8%).
- Extinguishing mechanism is to reduce the concentration of oxygen in the combustion area to below the concentration needed to maintain the combustion, so as to realize asphyxiation and extinguishing, which is a pure physical effect.
- Low oxygen condition can ensure personnel’s lives and safety. When the gas is sprayed, it will not cause blurred vision, and will not produce chemical decomposition.
- No impact on electronic devices. When the gas is sprayed, the ambient temperature will only be reduced by 1-2 ℃, without condensation effect and electrostatic reaction, and without any residues and chemical decomposition.
- There in no impact on environment. Its ODP value is zero, and GWP value is zero, and ALT is also zero.
