Single Bottles Automatic Protection Restaurant Fire Suppression System For Hotel Fire Fight
The system provides reliable automatic fire detection and suppression through advanced thermal monitoring technology.
- Thermal Detection: When a fire occurs in kitchen oil pots, the heat generated causes hood temperatures to rise. At the preset thermal threshold (183°C to 185°C), the thermal detector automatically disconnects, triggering the fire suppression system.
- Release of Fire Extinguishing Agent: Upon activation, the system releases fire extinguishing agents (dry powder, water-based agents, etc.) through atomizing nozzles, spraying them onto the oil pot and inside the hood. These agents chemically react with burning oil or physically isolate it, forming a covering layer to cut off air supply and extinguish flames.
- Cooling Down: After agent deployment, the system automatically activates a water flow valve, spraying water onto the oil pot and exhaust hood for cooling and re-ignition prevention. Cooling water sprays for approximately two minutes before automatic shutoff.
- Fire Detection: During early fire stages or automatic system failure, on-site personnel can manually activate the fire suppression system.
- Operating the Manual Activation Device: Follow device instructions to remove safety pin, pull out the ring, or press the button, causing the drive valve to activate and release fire extinguishing agent from the high-pressure cylinder.
- Observing the Extinguishing Effect: After manual activation, observe whether the fire source is completely extinguished and implement necessary follow-up measures.
- Confirming Automatic and Manual Activation Failure: When both automatic and manual activation methods fail, use the mechanical emergency activation method.
- Operating the Mechanical Drive Valve: Manually operate the drive valve handle to open the mechanical drive valve, releasing fire extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire.
