HFC-227ea (also known as Fm200) gas is a colorless, odorless, and clean fire suppression agent widely used worldwide. Compared to other fire agents like CO2 and halon, HFC-227ea is more environmentally friendly as it does not harm the ozone layer. With an ozone depleting potential of zero, HFC-227ea offers all the advantages of other fire agents—nontoxic, noncorrosive, and electrically insulated—making it the optimal substitute for halon series.

HFC-227ea extinguishes fires efficiently within 10 seconds without leaving any residues, eliminating the need for additional cleanup time and costs after system activation.

The detection system includes control panels, manual buttons, discharge indicator lights, alarm bells, sounders with lights, smoke detectors, and heat detectors.

The main system components include FM200 cylinders, cylinder frame, nitrogen-pressure driving devices, driving device frame, container valves, flexible hoses, liquid flow check valves, gas control pipes, gas flow check valves, manifolds, safety valves, selective valves, flanges, elbows, and nozzles.

The single zone pipe network FM200 fire suppression system is designed for protected zones with volumes less than 3600 cubic meters and areas less than 800 square meters. Ideal for protecting large, significant facilities including:
