Single Layer Electric Cable Making Machine
This vertical single layer wrapping machine applies tape (paper, aluminum foil, etc.) onto wire cores through a rotating plate with single wrapping device. Designed for winding micaceous tape on electric cables, force cables, control cables, and optical cables.
Applications
Fire-resistant cables produced by this machine are essential for electric demand factories, airports, boatyards, high-rise buildings, subways, underground streets, and entertainment venues.
Working Principle
Driven by AC motor and strap, the machine transmits power through gears to rotate the wrapping plate in right-left directions. Tape is applied to the core wire in one pass, with continuously variable transmission allowing adjustment of wrapping pitch. Custom configurations available with single, double, or treble wrapping devices.
