Product Overview
The Double Layer High Speed Wrapping Machine is a vertical-type cable manufacturing equipment designed for wrapping various tapes onto wire cores. This industrial machine features dual wrapping devices and is engineered for high-speed production of fire-resistant cables used in critical infrastructure applications.
Key Applications
  • Winding micaceous tape for electric cables, power cables, control cables, and optical cables
  • Production of fire-resistant cables for factories, airports, shipyards, high-rise buildings, subways, underground streets, and entertainment venues
  • Surface wrapping of copper coils and cables with various materials including cotton paper, transparent tape, fire-resistant tape, aluminum foil, and pull tape
Working Principle
This machine utilizes double wrapping devices driven by an AC motor and strap system. Through gear transmission, the wrapping plate rotates in right-left directions, applying tape to the core wire twice. The Continuously Variable Transmission system allows precise adjustment of wrapping pitch to meet various production requirements.
