Hammer crushers utilize impact energy for material crushing operations. During operation, the motor drives the rotor at high speed while material enters the crusher chamber evenly. The high-speed rotating hammer head impacts, cuts, and tears the material, causing fragmentation. Material gravity directs particles toward internal baffles and screen bars. Oversized particles remain on the screen plate for continued hammer impact until reaching the required discharge size, then exit through the sieve plate.
