The hammer crusher consists of a crushing chamber body, rotor assembly, hammer heads, counter lining plates, and sieve plates. The main working component is the rotor equipped with hammers, driven by the motor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber.
Materials enter through the upper feed port and undergo crushing through impact, shearing, and grinding actions from the high-speed hammers. Particles smaller than the sieve mesh size discharge through the sieve plate, while larger particles continue to be processed until reaching the required size.
