Operation and Maintenance Guidelines
Installation Requirements
- Install foundation and rotating shaft in strictly horizontal position
- Maximum error: 0.5/1000mm longitudinally, 0.1/1000mm axially
Gap Adjustment
- Adjust hammer head and grate bar gap using two eccentric wheels
- 5mm crushing size: 10-15mm gap
- 10mm crushing size: 15-25mm gap
- Grate gap adjustable by adding/subtracting shims
Wear Inspection and Replacement
- Regularly check liner plate, hammer head, and grate bar wear
- Replace worn components promptly
- Hammer head repair requires symmetrical alloy welding to maintain balance
- Replace hammer heads in pairs according to relative position
Lubrication and Temperature Control
- Rotor bearing temperature should not exceed 70°C
- Stop immediately if temperature exceeds 70°C
- Thin oil lubrication: lubricate every 8 hours, maintain oil level at center of lowest ball
- Change lubricant every 3 months
- Dry oil lubrication: screw gland 2-3 times per shift
- Clean bearings every 6 months
