• Maintain proper lubrication system operation with rotor bearing temperatures below 60°C (maximum 70°C)
• Regularly check discharge material size quality and adjust grate settings as needed

• Select installation location based on raw material source accessibility
• Secure machine with concrete foot bolts and design foundation with proper discharge slot inclination (minimum 50°)
• Install motor in opposite direction to feeder orientation
• Position electrical equipment for convenient operational access
• Verify all fasteners are securely tightened before test operation
• Ensure no metal objects or non-breakable debris remain in machine body
• Check proper bearing lubrication levels and rotor rotation functionality
