Usage

The Orthopedic Casting Tape is suitable for external fixation of fractures and orthopedic surgery in various parts of the body; it can also be used to make pallets, auxiliary tools for prosthetic limbs and auxiliary materials for various supporting tools

Use Method

1. Select the corresponding type of bandage according to the part that needs to be fixed.
2. Use tissue paper or cotton sleeves as pads for the fixed parts.

3. Put on latex gloves.

4. Open the package, take out the bandage, put it in room temperature water and squeeze it 2~3 times, take it out and squeeze out the excess water.
5. In the fixed part, the helical winding overlaps 1/2~2/3 of each circle, the tightness is moderate, the load-bearing part has 5~6 layers, and the auxiliary part has 3~4 layers.
6. Wet the gloves for shaping, which should be completed within 2 to 3 minutes. Use an electric plaster saw for demolition.
