This hydraulic/mechanical combination seal achieves optimal sealing through an elastic sealing lip, preload spring, and dustproof structure:
- The sealing lip (rubber material) adheres tightly to the shaft/hub surface under spring preload, forming an initial seal
- When lubriCing oil/hydraulic oil pressure exists inside the hub, the pressure opens the sealing lip, further enhancing contact surface fit (self-tightening sealing effect)
- Some models include a dustproof ring to prevent external dust, water, and contaminants from entering

- Prevent leakage of lubriCing oil and hydraulic oil from inside the wheel hub/axle
- Block external dust, mud, water, and impurities from entering, protecting bearings and components
- Extend service life of wheel hub bearings and axles
- Maintain stable pressure in hydraulic/lubriCion system, preventing equipment failure
- Rotation Test: Manually rotate the hub to confirm no jamming or abnormal noise (if any abnormality found, disassemble and check if seals are misaligned)
- Leakage Test: After starting equipment, run at low speed for 5-10 minutes and observe for oil leakage at seals
- After equipment has been working for 1-2 hours, check cleanliness of seals and presence of any leaks again
