The Keysight (Agilent) 8341B Synthesized Signal Generator combines the performance of a synthesizer and broadband sweep oscillator in one unit fully controlled via the HP-IB bus. It is ideal for both manual and automated testing applications.
- 10 MHz to 20 GHz frequency range with 1 to 4 Hz resolution
- Calibrated output: +10 dBm to -110 dBm with maximum output of +20 dBm
- Very low spurious and phase noise
- Pulse, amplitude, and frequency modulation
- Functions as complete analog sweeper
- Sweep range from 100 Hz to 20 GHz
