Boonton Model 7200 Capacitance Meter with 1 MHz Test Frequency 2000 pF Range and GPIB Standard for DLTS Measurements
The Boonton Model 7200 Capacitance Meter is engineered for demanding research and development applications as well as manufacturing environments. This sophisticated instrument utilizes two phase-sensitive detectors to extract and display both parallel capacitance and conductance of devices under test.
From measured parameters, the Model 7200 calculates and displays equivalent parallel and series resistance, series capacitance, dissipation factor, and quality factor Q. Capacitance can also be displayed as a deviation from selectable reference standards in percentage or pF units. The instrument employs software filter technology that averages consecutive measurements to achieve stable display values.
