Product Overview
The Yokogawa AQ6370C is a bench-top optical spectrum analyzer (OSA) covering the 600 to 1700 nm wavelength range with 0.02 nm high resolution, wide dynamic range and high accuracy. It is ideal for characterizing WDM transmission systems, DFB-LD lasers, LEDs, optical amplifiers and other optical devices.
