Synthetic Waterproof Paper Made Of Stone 40 - 100gsm For Disposable Products
Synthetic Paper Waterproof Tear Resistant Ecofriendly Stone Paper 40 - 100gsm Biodegradable For Disposable Products
stone paper, as the name suggests, is made from stone. But we never mine the earth for the stone used in our production process. Instead, we use waste marble and limestone from nearby construction industry facilities and recycle it into paper, instead of letting it sit forever in a landfill. Therefore, stone paper is made from recycled materials and is itself recyclable. The scientific term for our main material is Calcium Carbonate, which is one of the most abundant naturally occurring substances on earth.
Stone Paper is type of paper that is made from crushed stone. It’s idea is about sustainable development with respect to our planet. By using mineral power (Calcium Carbonate) Stone Paper bags and packages are tree-free, and no water or bleach is used during production, which is the case during the production of traditional wood pulp paper.
We are passionate about providing you with gorgeous journals made of Stone Paper. Our Stone Paper is made from recycled limestone and rolled smooth with a resin. As it is not made with cellulose wood fibers it is much smoother than paper made from wood, and free of pulp and fibers. It uses no acid, bleach or optical brighteners in its production. And it only uses about 10% of water that wood paper uses.
Recycle Ways of Stone Paper

(2) Light degradation can still be conducted for stone paper without crimson solution agent during the production. And the reasons are as follows: on the one hand, micron-sized stone powder easily absords heat and gets temperature raised under the sunshine, which damages adhesives (plastic cement ) by generating steam and carbon dioxide. On the other hand, the ultraviolet light breaks the molecular bonds and then leads to the structure fracture of adhesives(plastic cement ). Our company put the 200μm stone paper under the sun for 6 months, and the final result was that the stone paper was broken naturally like a eggshell. Besides, we arranged solar simulator ultraviolet irradiation tests with 200μm stone paper, and the test result was also similar to actual sun exposure experiment.
