Q1,  Are you a manufacture or trading company?
        We are a manufacturer, we have our own producing lines.

Q2,  Where is your factory loed? 
        Our factory is loed in Fujian Province, China. 

Q3,  How can I get the sample? What's the lead time?
        Samples could be sent within one week, the lead time is 35-45 days.

Q4,  Do you provide ODM or OEM service?
        OEM and ODM are welcome, from the concept to finished goods, we do all (design, prototype reviewing, tooling and production) in the factory.

Q5,  How is you warranty?
        We have warranty for our clients,we will ship out the new replacements if clients get the item with defect or broken frame

Q6,  What's payment terms ?
        T/T, West union, Moneygram, etc. 

Q7,  Which method of transport would be better?
        Normally, we suggest to make shipment by sea which is more cost-effctive for buyers. We also can follow other transportation method you ask.
