The methods of maintaining the hydraulic oil filter element to extend the service life are as follows:
1, When changing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filters must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to not changing.
2, Before adding hydraulic oil, the oil suction filter element must be installed. The tube mouth covered by the oil suction filter element leads directly to the main pump. If the impurities are light, the main pump will be accelerated and the heavy pump will be hit.
3, Add hydraulic oil to the standard position, there is generally an oil level gauge on the hydraulic tank, pay attention to the parking method, generally all the cylinders are recovered, that is, the forearm and bucket are fully extended and landed.

Replacement cycle
