For high polymer sponge or carpet pad factory
This machine is mainly used for the waste recycling of sponge, PE, EVA, EPE and other materials, crushing sponge, PE, EVA, EPE edges, adding glue and mixing, and then pressurizing and steam molding. The glue and shredded material are bonded into round bubbles by steam or natural drying, and then cut into infinite length sheets by Peeling machine and laminated with PE film or fabric. It is used for many applications such as under carpet padding or floor mats and shoe materials.
Raw material preparation: waste foam is collected, sorted and cleaned to remove impurities and contaminants, and they are fed into the shredder for crushing into small particles.
Material processing: The crushed recycled material is transported to the mixer, and auxiliary materials such as stabilizer, foaming agent and pigment are added and mixed to foam a mixture.
