The TDPA-2200(2025) rail track Horizontal motion splitting machine is specifically designed for automatic continuous horizontal polyurethane foaming production lines, capable of efficiently processing various density sponge products ranging from 5kg/m³ to 180kg/m³. It handles conventional sponge, high-resilience sponge, ultra-soft sponge, slow-rebound (memory) sponge, and ultra-high-density shoe material sponge with precision horizontal reciprocating cutting and automatic winding. These products can be used directly or serve as raw materials for composite material production.

Worktable options include perforated and painted galvanized steel plates with air suction fans, sandblasted galvanized steel plates without suction, or cement avaliable.

The machine performs horizontal cutting on precisely milled rails at speeds up to 40 meters per minute. To ensure high-speed and high-precision continuous cutting, it features HRC60° high-hardness knife guide wheels paired with Delta variable-frequency motors for speed adjustment. The cutting knife holding plate also maintain HRC60° hardness, guaranteeing 10 years of durability. Automatic blade tensioning and sharpening systems are incorporated, along with dual front-rear pressure rollers to maintain stable high-speed cutting accuracy.

A manually adjustable edge trimming device is installed at the machine head. The electric winding system demonstrates reliable performance, while premium-quality band knife ensure cutting precision requirements are met. Additionally, the machine includes blade breakage detection sensors and uses torque wrenches for tension adjustment.
