JIS SUS304 Stainless Steel Split Flanges
Split flanges consist of two interlocking pieces secured with nuts and bolts, designed to reinforce weakened areas in piping systems. These flanges can be used as flat faced flanges by removing the raised projection on the outside face.
Material Specifications
Manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel - a Japanese JIS standard material containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel. This composition provides excellent strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, weldability, and mechanical properties.
