Threaded fittings feature tapered grooves for easy assembly without welding. Available with male or female threads per ASME B1.20.1 standard, these fittings provide secure thread engagement for reliable pipe connections in pressure classes 2000, 3000, and 6000.
Socket welding fittings include an internal collar for proper pipe positioning. Pipe is inserted into the fitting and welded, with approximately 1/8" expansion gap for thermal considerations during welding. Available in pressure classes 3000, 6000, and 9000.
Socket-welding fittings: 90° elbow, 45° elbow, cross, tee, coupling, half coupling, boss, cap, and couplet.
Threaded fittings: 90° elbow, 45° elbow, cross, tee, street elbow, coupling, boss, cap, couplet, plug and bushing.
