Manufactured from forgings, bar, seamless pipe, or seamless tubular products conforming to ASTM specifications A234, A403, A420, A815, B366, A105, A182, A350, B462, and B564. Tees, elbows, and crosses are not machined directly from bar stock to ensure structural integrity.
Connection Types
Threaded (THD) Ends
Threaded end connections feature tapered grooves cut into pipe ends for easy assembly without welding. Available with male or female threads per ASME B1.20.1 standard, providing reliable thread engagement for secure connections.
Socket Weld (SW) Ends
Socket weld fittings feature an internal collar that prevents over-insertion of pipe. During assembly, pipe is backed off approximately 1/8" from the collar to accommodate heat expansion during welding procedures. Requires plain end pipe preparation for optimal performance.
