ASME B16.11 Stainless Steel Socket Weld & Threaded Pipe Fittings 1/8" to 4" Size Range 9000LBS Pressure Rating
Stainless steel pipe fittings provide secure, leak-free connections for plumbing systems and industrial processes. These fittings connect, control, or change the direction of stainless steel pipes in demanding applications.
- Exceptional corrosion resistance for chemical, moisture, and high-temperature environments
- High pressure-temperature ratings for steam and industrial applications
- Available in socket-welding and threaded connection types
- Manufactured from forgings, bar, seamless pipe, or seamless tubular products

Threaded end connections feature tapered grooves cut into pipe ends for easy assembly without welding. ASME B16.11 threaded fittings include male threads (cut into fitting exterior) and female threads (cut into fitting interior) per ASME B1.20.1 standards.
Socket weld fittings feature an internal collar that prevents over-insertion of pipe. Pipes are inserted into fittings before welding, with approximately 1/8" clearance for heat expansion during welding procedures.
ASME B16.11 forged fittings are manufactured from materials conforming to ASTM specifications including A234, A403, A420, A815, B366, A105, A182, A350, B462, and B364. Tees, elbows, and crosses are not machined directly from bar stock.
