Bourns PTVS2-xC-H High Current TVS Diodes are high current bidirectional TVS diodes designed for use in high-power DC bus clamping applications. PTVS2-xC-H diodes feature bidirectional port protection and are available with 22V to 86V standoff voltage ratings and 2kA, 8/20µs surge capability. These diodes provide excellent performance over temperature, a low clamping voltage under surge, and a surface-mount DFN package. Bourns PTVS2-xC-H High Current TVS Diodes are suitable for protection against lightning strikes, exposed power-over-Ethernet (PoE) ports, and remote radio units (RRUs).
