The main motor of the cup lid forming machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation: the number of punching times can be adjusted from 10 to 20 times per minute, and the appropriate number of punching times can be set according to the length of the stroke and the difficulty of forming.

The pneumatic system of the cup lid forming machine adopts photoelectric control, programmable through PLC, so that each mechanism can run accurately and ensure the stability of desynchronization in multi-station and long-distance operation of packaged products.
